Rosneft plans purchase of shares of former TNK-BP

OAO Rosneft plans to purchase ordinary and preferred shares of OAO RN-Holding, formerly OAO TNK-BP Holding.

Rosneft’s board established the voluntary acquisition price at 67 rubles/ordinary share and 55 rubles/preferred share.

Directors instructed the Rosneft management board to present before Oct. 15 documents required for the offer to be made to owners of OAO RN-Holding shares.
