Zodiac Exploration Inc., Calgary, has engaged Meagher Energy Advisors Inc., Denver, and Western Energy Production LLC, San Diego, as strategic advisors to the company.
Zodiac also formed a strategic alliance with Western to pool a further 10,000 acres that greatly enhances the Zodiac’s existing acreage in California’s San Joaquin basin.
Zodiac also said it has increased the resource potential of its land assets by acquiring about 2,000 acres strategically located and contiguous within its Jaguar and Panther West prospect areas.
Meanwhile, Zodiac said it will relinquish various land parcels from time to time as they become due that it considers as noncore and nonprospective.
