The transaction included 325 miles of pipeline inside Louisiana, between Port Arthur, Tex., and Lake Charles, La., and along the Houston Ship Channel (OGJ Online, Nov. 5, 2012).

Williams Partners, established in 2005, holds Williams’ natural gas pipeline assets.
