BG Group has completed the sale of its 64.12% interest in Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd., a nongovernment gas distribution company in India, to Gujarat State Petroleum Corp. (OGJ Online, Oct. 3, 2012).
The price was $422 million.
BG described the sale as part of a broader program to focus on exploration and production and LNG.
