UK: Stena Carron to drill first Handcross well

A group operated by Valiant Causeway Ltd. will drill the first well on the Handcross Prospect in the West of Shetland area offshore the UK this autumn with the Stena Drilling Carron drillship.

RWE Dea, Hamburg, reported the drilling plans while announcing completion of its acquisition of a 20% interest in Licenses P1631 and P1832 covering part of Blocks 204/14c, 204/18b, and 204/19c from operator Valiant Causeway Ltd. (OGJ Online, Mar. 28, 2013).
