InterOil Corp., Houston, said its Antelope-3 well reached total depth on Dec. 25, 2012, and that the wireline logging program is in progress.

Preliminary independent analysis of the wireline log results by Schlumberger demonstrates a limestone and dolomite reservoir with similar reefal reservoir character and quality as the Antelope-1 and 2 wells, consistent with the results of the drillstem test.

Preliminary interpretation indicates that Antelope-3 shares the same water contact with these wells at 7,310 ft below sea level. With the top of the reservoir encountered at 1,624 m MD in the well, equivalent to a true vertical depth of 5,009 ft, this equates to a hydrocarbon column height of 2,301 ft and the tallest vertical column encountered in Antelope field to date.

InterOil plans to finish wireline logging and suspend the well for recompletion as a producer.
