  • 08/02/2013 -- Keyera, KMEP to build Edmonton crude oil rail loading terminal
    Keyera Corp. and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (KMEP) have formed a 50:50 joint venture to build a crude oil rail loading facility in Edmonton, Alta. When complete, the Alberta Crude Terminal will be able load oil streams handled at KMEP’s Edmonton Terminal for delivery via rail to North American refineries.
  • 08/01/2013 -- Lukoil laying gas pipeline in Perm region
    Lukoil has begun construction of a 105-km pipeline to carry associated natural gas from Kokuyskoye field to the Lukoil-Permneftegazpererabotka gas processing plant at Perm, Russia.
  • 07/25/2013 -- Angola LNG delivers first cargo
    Angola LNG has delivered its first cargo to Petroleo Brasileiro SA’s floating regasification terminal in Guanabara Bay, Rio de Janeiro. The cargo left Soyo in June aboard the 160,000-cu m SS Sonangol Sambizanga.

    Koch Pipeline Co. LP is holding the first phase of an open season for its 250,000-b/d Dakota Express Pipeline to transport Bakken crude oil from western North Dakota to Hartford and Patoka, Ill.
  • 06/14/2013 -- Two pipeline crude leaks reported in Canada
    The National Energy Board of Canada responded to pipeline releases of crude oil in Ontario on June 11 and in British Columbia on June 13.
