    Williams Cos., Tulsa, and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP have proposed a joint-venture NGL pipeline system to transport Marcellus and Utica shale mixed NGLs to US Gulf Coast petrochemical and export markets.

    QGC Pty. Ltd. simultaneously laid two 1-m gas pipelines across Gladstone Harbor, using the same trench to connect the Queensland Curtis LNG project and Australia Pacific LNG project—both on Curtis Island—to the mainland.

    Levant LNG and Gazprom Marketing & Trading Switzerland AG have signed a heads of agreement covering the sale of LNG from the floating liquefaction plant Levant hopes to install offshore Israel (OGJ Online, Nov. 29, 2012).
  • 02/22/2013 -- NET to build Eagle Ford gas export line to Mexico
    NET Midstream’s wholly owned subsidiary NET Mexico Pipeline LP reported it plans to build a 124-mile, 42-in. natural gas pipeline system that will deliver Eagle Ford shale gas to the Texas-Mexico border.
  • 02/22/2013 -- KMEP, Watco to build Houston crude-by-rail terminal
    KW Express LLC, a partnership of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP and Watco Cos. LLC, has agreed with Mercuria Energy Trading Co. Inc. to build a 210,000 b/d crude oil rail and barge terminal at the Greens Port Industrial Park on the Houston Ship Channel.

    Oil India Ltd. (OIL) has let an engineering, procurement, and construction management contract to Engineers India Ltd. to upgrade its 1,157-km Naharkatiya-Barauni crude oil pipeline.
