API lawsuit challenges 2011 RFS biofuels provision

The American Petroleum Institute has filed a lawsuit in US Circuit Court for the District of Columbia on July 24 to challenge the US Environmental Protection Agency’s mandated use of cellulosic biofuels under the 2011 Renewable Fuel Standard.
