Williams to build Marcellus shale gas line, establish supply hub

Williams Partners LP has entered into a joint venture with Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. to build the 120-mile Constitution Pipeline, connecting Williams Partners’ natural gas gathering system in Susquehanna County, Pa., to the Iroquois Gas Transmission and Tennessee Gas Pipeline systems in Schoharie County, NY.
