Dejour Energy (USA) Corp., Denver, said estimated ultimate recovery at its Kokopelli gas development project in the Piceance basin is expected to be 1.125 bcf/well of wet gas generating a sales stream of .98 bcf of dry gas plus 90,000 bbl of natural gas liquids and condensate.

Consultants have identified 72 proved undeveloped locations for the SEC case and 93 proved undeveloped location plus 127 probable undeveloped locations under the NI 51-101 case.

Dejour, operator with 72% working interest, has begun development with plans to drill eight wells in 2012 and 16 in 2013 focusing on the Williams Fork member of Cretaceous Mesaverde. Other operators are testing the deeper Mancos shale nearby.

The Mesaverde in this area is a 2,500 ft thick section of tight gas sands, but liquids represent 55% of net present value over the life of the project, the company said.
