D.K. Sarraf has become managing director of ONGC Videsh Ltd., wholly owned international subsidiary of state-run Oil & Natural Gas Corp. of India.
Sarraf joined the parent company in 1991 and most recently has been director (finance).
ONGC Videsh has exploration and production interests in 15 countries.
