HOUSTON, June 13 – Goodrich Petroleum Corp., Houston, said it has purchased 74,000 net acres of leases in Louisiana and Mississippi in the Tuscaloosa marine shale oil trend.
The company, which paid $13 million or $175/net acre, said it plans to begin development in the first quarter of 2012.
