-- Keyera Corp., Calgary, appointed David G. Smith as president and chief operating officer. Smith currently serves as executive vice-president, liquids business unit.

Current Keyera Pres. and Chief Executive Officer Jim V. Bertram will continue in the role of chief executive officer.

Keyera was founded in 1998 when Gulf Canada Resources Ltd. contributed the majority of its gas gathering and processing and NGL infrastructure facilities to a 50-50 partnership with KeySpan Corp.
