HOUSTON, May 13 – Newly public Citadel Exploration Inc., Los Angeles, has acquired the Indian shallow oil development project in California from Vintage Petroleum LLC, a division of Occidental Petroleum Corp.
The project consists of 688.71 acres in the Bitterwater subbasin of the Salinas basin.
