Chevron announces key changes in leadership

Chevron Corp. announced changes to its upstream exploration and production organization, reporting to George Kirkland, vice-chairman and executive vice-president, upstream and gas. All appointments are effective Mar. 1.

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27 -- Chevron Corp. announced changes to its upstream exploration and production organization, reporting to George Kirkland, vice-chairman and executive vice-president, upstream and gas. All appointments are effective Mar. 1.

Guy Hollingsworth was named vice-president, production. Hollingsworth is currently president, Chevron Eurasia, Europe, and Middle East Exploration & Production Co.

James Johnson was named president, Chevron Eurasia, Europe, and Middle East E&P. Johnson is currently managing director, Eurasia business unit, in the international upstream.

Melody Meyer was named president, Chevron Asia Pacific Exploration & Production Co. Meyer is currently president, Chevron Energy Technology Co.
