    A private Dutch company has agreed to buy the 260,000 b/d Wilhelmshaven refinery on Germany’s North Sea coast from ConocoPhillips for an undisclosed amount.

    Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (Gasco) has let a lump-sum, turnkey contract to Larsen & Toubro Ltd. for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for the 122-km Habshan-Ruwais-Shuweihat natural gas pipeline.
