But Baghdad and Riyadh each might have difficulty meeting rising demand for oil, according to a study released by Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy.

    Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (Gasco) has let a lump-sum, turnkey contract to Larsen & Toubro Ltd. for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for the 122-km Habshan-Ruwais-Shuweihat natural gas pipeline.
