HOUSTON, Oct. 30 -- Spectra Energy Corp., managing partner of Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, has appointed William C. Penney as president, M&NP. Penney previously served as vice-president, business development, northeast transmission, for Spectra Energy.
Tina Faraca, currently president, M&NP, will be relocating to Houston where she will assume the role of vice-president, strategic development, Spectra Energy. Faraca has served as president of M&NP since 2007, and led the Phase IV project, the largest expansion of the M&NP system.
