Lario bolsters Bakken-Three Forks interests

Lario Oil & Gas Co., Denver, completed an acquisition with an undisclosed partner of Bakken-prospective acreage in North Dakota, bringing its Bakken and Three Forks holdings to more than 250,000 gross and 49,182 net acres, most of it held by production, in North Dakota, Montana, and Saskatchewan.
