HOUSTON, Oct. 4
– Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP, Houston, has acquired additional interests in Big Escambia Creek, Flomaton, and Fanny Church fields in Alabama for $4.2 millino from Indigo Minerals LLC, effective Aug. 1, 2010.

The interests are in wells in which Eagle Rock owns a large interest and are nearly 100% operated by the partnership. Acquired proved reserves are estimated at 216,000 bbl of condensate, 555 MMcf of gas and 102,000 bbl of natural gas liquids, 87% proved developed producing.

Production rate associated with the interests is 130 b/d of oil equivalent.
