HOUSTON, Aug. 27 – Zion Oil & Gas Inc. has spudded the Ma’anit-Joseph-3 well on the Joseph license onshore northern Israel.
The well has a primary target in Permian at 19,357 ft and a secondary target in Triassic at 10,827 ft. The well is in the Levant basin (OGJ Online, Apr. 8, 2010).
