Denbury completes Barnett shale sale

HOUSTON, Jan. 5
-- Denbury Resources Inc. has completed the sale of a 40% working interest in Barnett shale properties to Talon Oil & Gas LLC for $210 million.

Talon bought the other 60% interest earlier last year. Production covered by the more recent transaction is about 4,600 boe/d (OGJ Online, Dec. 3, 2009).
