    El Paso Midstream Group Inc., a subsidiary of El Paso Corp., and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. have created a midstream joint venture covering producing areas from Utah to Pennsylvania to Texas.
  • 12/07/2010 -- Petrom inaugurates Hurezani gas delivery system
    Romania’s state Petrom has inaugurated facilities designed to ensure continuity of natural gas supply in the southern part of the country.
  • 12/06/2010 -- Dubai floating LNG terminal receives first cargo
    Qatargas has delivered the first LNG cargo to Dubai via the permanently moored floating storage and regasification vessel Golar Freeze at the Jebel Ali port, according to the regional news outlet Gulf Times.
  • 12/03/2010 -- UK's Grain LNG terminal opens new capacity
    The UK’s National Grid announced the start-up of commercial operations of its second capacity expansion at the company's Isle of Grain LNG import terminal in Kent, near London.
  • 12/02/2010 -- EPRINC: Economic gains to be made from Keystone XL project
    The proposed Keystone crude oil pipeline expansion would provide an estimated $100-600 million/year of net economic benefits from improved transportation and processing efficiencies in addition to an immediate boost in construction employment, a new Energy Policy Research Foundation Inc. (EPRINC) study concluded.
  • 12/02/2010 -- ConocoPhillips reports first LNG shipment from Qatargas 3
    ConocoPhillips reported that the first cargo of LNG from the Qatargas 3 joint venture was shipped on Nov. 25. The cargo departed from Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar bound for the Canaport LNG terminal in St. John, NB.
  • 12/01/2010 -- Cheniere signs MOU for processing at Louisiana terminal
    Cheniere Energy Partners LP reported that its unit Sabine Pass Liquefaction LLC has entered into a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with Gas Natural Fenosa for its possible purchase of bidirectional LNG processing capacity of up to 1.5 million tonnes/year at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal in Cameron Parish, La.

    Rangeland Energy LLC will build, own, and operate a crude oil loading terminal and pipeline in Williams County, ND, serving the Bakken and Three Forks shale oil producing areas.
