HOUSTON, July 22 -- Maxim Tep Inc., Spring, Tex., has named Robert Johnson as chief financial officer.
Johnson brings more than 15 years of oil industry experience in both a major company and as president and chief operating officer of an independent oil and gas company. He has spent the last 20 years as an independent businessman in various industries.
