HOUSTON, July 22
– Mosaic Oil NL capped a four-well program in Queensland’s Surat-Bowen basin with completion of the Taylor-20 gas-condensate well.

The well in PL 16 cut a 6.5-m gross gas column in Triassic Showgrounds sandstone updip of the Taylor-7 and 15 producers. It is 100 m from a pipeline connection.

Waggamba 5H, Taylor 20 and Taylor 22 are to be production-tested within 4 weeks.
