HOUSTON, June 26 -- Otto Energy Ltd. appointed Paul Moore as chief executive officer effective July 1.
Moore has more than 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 17 years in executive management roles.
Moore started his career at Royal Dutche Shell PLC, where he worked for 9 years on various international petroleum engineering assignments in the North Sea, North Africa, New Zealand, and Europe.
