    Apache Energy Corp. and Santos Ltd.—partners in the Reindeer field-Devil Creek natural gas project in Western Australia—have let a $195 million (Aus.) contract to a joint venture of Malaysia’s Sapura Crest Petroleum and Norway’s Acergy for the installation of a suite of pipelines and offshore production facilities.

    Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) has awarded the Brazil business unit of Global Industries Ltd. a $70 million contract for diving, remotely operated vehicle, and construction services to be performed off Brazil in areas of the Campos, Santos, and Espirito Santo basins.
  • 09/29/2009 -- Aramco lets FEED, PMS contracts for Shaybah NGL program
    Saudi Aramco has awarded KBR a contract for an undisclosed sum for the front-end engineering and design (FEED) and project management services (PMS) for its Shaybah natural gas liquids program at Shaybah field in Saudi Arabia.

    The Santos-led joint venture has awarded engineering and construction company Subsea 7 an $80 million contract to install a subsea pipeline for the Casino-Henry gas field development in the Otway basin off western Victoria.
