HOUSTON, Nov. 18 -- Titan Oil & Gas Inc., Austin, has appointed Justin Boose chief operating officer and director of the company.
Boose has 10 years of experience working for law firms Stoel Rives LLP in Portland, Ore., and King & Spalding LLP in New York and Houston. He has represented a diverse array of energy market participants including oil, gas, and electric power companies with clients ranging from global energy concerns to start-up companies. Much of this work has been in a hybrid role as legal and commercial advisor, particularly in the area of renewable energy project development and management.
