N. Dakota oil pipeline capacity limited as production, imports climb

North Dakota crude oil production and imports from Canada exceed current pipeline capacity in the region, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Joseph H. Kelliher told a US Senate subcommittee Sept. 3.
