PHMSA comes under fire for missing PIPES deadlines

The US DOT's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration came under fire from a US House subcommittee for not meeting deadlines set in the Pipeline Inspection, Protection, Enforcement, and Safety Act of 2006.
