Group plans Vietnam refinery, petrochemical complex

Japan's Idemitsu Kosan and Mitsui Chemicals will join Kuwait Petroleum International and Petrovietnam to build a ¥600 billion petrochemical complex in Vietnam that will include a 200,000 b/d refinery.
