    China National Offshore Oil Co. successfully completed its wildcat Ken Li (KL) 10-1-1 well, drilled independently in Bohai Bay.
  • 07/16/2008 -- GeoPark tests wildcat's oil on Chile's Fell block
    GeoPark Holdings Ltd. discovered an oil field in Chile's Fell block following drilling and testing at its Aonikenk 1 exploration well.
  • 07/16/2008 -- Clastic zone producing at Paradox discovery
    The "O" clastic interval in the Pennsylvanian Hermosa Group produced 7,980 bbl of oil and flared 50.13 MMcf of gas in 30 days from late May to the end of June 2008 at the Greentown Federal 28-11 well in Utah's Paradox basin, said Delta Petroleum Corp., Denver.
