    A dispute between Russia and Belarus has adversely affected oil deliveries to Poland and Western Europe via the 1 million b/d Przyjazn (Friendship) pipeline, according to Polish officials.

    BG Group PLC has signed an agreement with South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. for the delivery of two newbuild dual-fuel diesel-electric (DFDE) LNG vessels.

    McMoRan Exploration Co. reported it has received approval from the US Maritime Administration for its Main Pass Energy Hub project on Main Pass Block 299 in 210 ft of water off Louisiana in the Gulf of Mexico.

    A mid-August security breach at an LNG facility in Lynn, Mass., should remind other operators of LNG terminals, peak-shaving plants, and other facilities to implement security measures to stop intruders, the US Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration said on Dec. 28.
