    Total E&P Angola (Block 32) Ltd. and its partners have made two more oil discoveries on deepwater Block 32 off Angola.

    Brazil's Petrobras signed an agreement with Portuguese firms Galp and Partex to explore for oil in the deepwater off Portugal, Petrobras said.

    Eni SPA found significant oil and gas deposits in its Tulip-1 exploration well drilled in 800 m of water northeast of Kalimantan Island, Indonesia.
  • 05/11/2007 -- Eni to invest $12 billion in Egypt gas program
    Eni SPA plans to invest $12 billion over the next 5 years in Egypt's gas industry starting in 2007-08, according to the Egyptian petroleum ministry. The company also will focus on increasing reserves from the onshore Belayim field in the Gulf of Suez area by about 180 million bbl during the next 12 years, using new production techniques.
