Correction made to Dec. 19 Sinclair article

HOUSTON, Dec. 22 -- The Dec. 19 OGJ Online article "Sinclair managers plead guilty to CWA charges" contained an error.

According to a plea agreement, Sinclair Tulsa Refining Co. discharged an average of 1.1 million gal/day of treated wastewater into the Arkansas River between January 2000 and March 2004, not untreated water, as the article originally reported.

The article has been corrected online.
