Serica to assess 3D data on blocks off Ireland

Serica Energy plc, London, plans to drill at least one exploration well on Blocks 27/4, 27/5 (partial block) and 27/9 off western Ireland if its analysis of existing 3D seismic data indicates the prospectivity of the license. Serica is processing about 300 sq km of 3D seismic data covering the license, which it received in the 2006 Irish Offshore Licensing Round.
