HOUSTON, July 21 -- A unit of Plains All American Pipeline LP, Houston, has agreed to acquire three refined products pipeline systems in Texas and New Mexico from Chevron Pipe Line Co. for $65 million. The transaction is expected to close in August.
The assets include the 257-mile, 28,200 b/d El Paso-to-Albuquerque system; the 2.5-mile, 30,000 b/d El Paso-to-Juarez system; and the 39.7 mile Big Springs-to-Midland system.
