HOUSTON, July 18 -- Aurora Oil & Gas Corp. agreed to acquire Bach Enterprises Inc., a services and manufacturing company in a cash-stock deal expected to close within 90 days. Both companies are based in Traverse City, Mich.
Bach Enterprises develops low-pressure carbon dioxide removal, electric componentized compression, tankless water disposal, and water-evacuated sump inflow systems. Aurora has used all of these systems to increase efficiencies and reduce production costs.
Aurora is an independent focused on unconventional gas exploration, acquisition, development, and production with its main operations in the Michigan Antrim shale and the New Albany shale of Indiana and western Kentucky.
