WIC proposes added pipeline capacity for Uinta basin

El Paso Corp. subsidiary Wyoming Interstate Co. (WIC) proposed a pipeline that will provide 250-350 MMcfd of additional natural gas transportation capacity to handle increasing production from eastern Utah's Uinta basin.
