HOUSTON, Aug. 8 -- International Sovereign Energy Corp., Vancouver, BC, appointed G. David Quinn as vice-president, operations.
Quinn has 28 years of experience in production management and reservoir and economic analysis in Canada, Bangladesh, Libya, and Russia.
George P. Bowley resigned as senior vice-president, exploration and development, and will continue to provide geological services to the company as a consultant.
