HOUSTON, Mar. 4 -- Provident Energy Trust, Calgary, said its US unit BreitBurn Energy LP, Houston, completed the $95.8 million (Can.) acquisition of Nautilus Resources LLC.
The acquire properties in the Big Horn and Wind River basins of Wyoming produce 2,300 boed, 99% oil. The properties have been on production for 60-90 years and have 150 active producing wells and 24 active water injection wells.
Acquired reserves are 10.6 million bbl proved producing, 17.1 million bbl proved, and 20.1 million bbl proved and probable as of Jan. 1, 2005.
