Gentry Resources makes senior management appointments

HOUSTON, Feb. 10 -- Gentry Resources Ltd., an independent based in Calgary, has made several senior management appointments.

George Magarian has been appointed vice-president, exploration, and Robert Poole has been named vice-president, operations.

Magarian joined Gentry in 2001 as exploration manager. He brings 23 years of diverse experience in western Canada.

Poole also joined Gentry in 2001 as operations manager. He has more than 24 years of engineering experience.
