Pemex Petroquimica proposes world-scale ethylene-polyethylene complex in Mexico

Pemex Petroquimica has proposed the construction of a world-scale chemicals and plastics complex on Mexico's Gulf Coast and has named three companies to conduct a feasibility study of the venture, known as Project Phoenix.
