Kazakhstan plans $3.88 billion petroleum processing expansion

Kazakhstan plans to invest $3.88 billion in its oil refining, gas processing, and petrochemical businesses during 2004-07 as part of an accelerated development program to bring processing capacity in line with oil and gas production by 2010.
