Suncor awards Jacobs engineering contract for possible in situ oil sands expansion

Suncor Energy Services Inc. has authorized Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Pasadena, Calif., to begin preliminary engineering that could lead to the expansion of Suncor's in situ oil sands facilities in Alberta (OGJ, March 15, 2004, p. 37).
