Syntroleum Corp., Tulsa, and Oil Search Ltd., Sydney, agreed to a cooperative, joint feasibility study examining the costs to build and operate a gas-to-liquids barge in Papua New Guinea using Syntroleum's proprietary GTL synthetic fuels technology.
