GulfTerra to build Constitution field export pipelines in central Gulf of Mexico

GulfTerra Energy Partners LP, Houston, has agreed to construct, own, and operate a 70 mile, 16-in. oil export pipeline and 32 miles of 16-in. natural gas pipeline to deliver production from Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Corp.'s deepwater Constitution field in the central Gulf of Mexico.
