HOUSTON, June 8 -- ExxonMobil Corp. announced several senior management changes.
Frank A. Risch, vice-president and treasurer, will retire June 30. Risch will be succeeded by Donald D. Humphreys, currently vice-president and controller.
Patrick T. Mulva, vice-president, investor relations and secretary will then assume Humphreys' responsibilities and be succeeded by Henry H. Hubble, currently general manager, operations and best practices, ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Co., Fairfax, Va.
These appointments are expected to be effective July 1.
