New general manager for Venezuela's Paraguana refining complex

Jesus Luongo has been appointed new general manager of the Paraguana Refining Complex, the largest of its type in the world.

HOUSTON, Apr. 6 -- Jesus Luongo has been appointed new general manager of the 900,000 b/d Paraguana Refining Complex in Caracas, the largest of its type in the world.

Luongo, who has 20 years of service with state oil corporation Petroleos de Venezuela, and who previously served as sub-manager at CRP, is replacing Ivan Hernandez, who recently became PDVSA's vice-president of refining.
